Exterior Blocking is a method the Lord prescribes to prevent the enemy from speaking. It involves fixing the attention on an ever-changing point of focus, while concentrating on God’s love.

Set your gaze on anything. Realize what it is. The time necessary to remain with the subject will depend. “Depend on what?” On that topic, I’m unwilling to elaborate further, for it will take glory from the Lord.

As you continuously set and reset your gaze, concentrate on the love God has for you.
